While listening to “Books That Die,” the last story in the Nov. 27 episode of NPR’s “On The Media,” Kerry laughed, and said it sounded like a Ken Burns documentary. So I turned it into one.

Just so you know, we might post REAL late tonight, because we’re probably going to be watching the Obama address to Congress. Maybe. Paying attention seems like less of a civic duty when the person you grudgingly pay attention to is the person you wanted in that position.

Because it’s Memorial Day weekend, Brooke Gladstone and Bob Garfield decided to both knock off for the weekend (Brooke probably got Bob all addicted to “Grand Theft Auto IV”).
