Brooke was in town last weekend to speak at the University of Memphis Law School for Journalists. She was on a panel discussing the handgun carry permits database that the Commercial Appeal published earlier this year.
She let us show her around Memphis a bit, and it was awesome. She was even kind enough to pose for a picture with my sign.
All of this is to say that if you’re ever passing through Memphis, let us know. We’d love to meet you, take you to our favorite pirate bar and generally make you feel welcome.
