		<description>I record Senator Grassley every week and he is, above all, honest.  He does tend to talk in circles but he eventually gets to his point. He probably voted against the initial appointment of Ms. Sotomayor as a political statement.  Now, I think he will carefully analyze her qualifications and record and vote for her.</description>
